Privacy by design

Napas is a no-login, page-local product. Refreshing the page clears the conversation; we do not build a user account, profile, or persistent chat history.

To improve the product, we may retain anonymous telemetry about the interaction: the question, the generated answer, a random page-visit grouping ID, turn metadata, and explicit thumbs-up or thumbs-down feedback.

• No names, email addresses, account IDs, contact details, or device identifiers are requested or included in chat telemetry.
• The random grouping ID helps connect turns and feedback from one page visit; it is not linked to an identity.
• Telemetry is used to understand what is useful, diagnose failures, and improve Napas. It is not used to harvest personal data or build advertising profiles.

Because questions and answers are part of anonymous product telemetry, please avoid entering sensitive personal details.

Google Analytics is optional. After consent, it counts public-page visits and interaction categories. Google also receives standard session, browser/device, and approximate-region information. Napas sends page paths without query strings or fragments and reduces referrers to their domain. Events do not include chat text, attachments, station or district names or IDs, or map coordinates.
